WinstAI provides market data, analytics tools and educational content about Indian equity derivatives and mutual funds, and AI stock research for US markets. It is an information service, not a broker, investment adviser or research analyst.

2. No advice

Nothing in the India section of WinstAI — including AI-generated text, scanners, comparisons or probability estimates — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. The USA section’s AI recommendations on US-listed securities are general, impersonal information, not personalised advice. You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions. 3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Don’t share, resell or scrape data from the service.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Pricing, taxes and the refund policy will be stated at checkout. Features may change; we will give notice of material changes to paid plans.

5. Data and availability

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WinstAI is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
